These terms govern your use of getjuto.com and the pre-launch waitlist. They are an agreement between you and Juto Technologies Limited, the company building Juto. By visiting the site or submitting the waitlist form, you accept these terms.

About this site

The site is a marketing presence for Juto, a multi-market accounting platform under active development. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding commercial offer. Pricing, features, and timelines described here are forward-looking and may change before the product is generally available. The product itself is not yet available for purchase.

The waitlist

Submitting the waitlist form is an expression of interest. It does not create an account, a contract, a guarantee of access, or a price commitment. We may invite you to a paid pilot, a free trial, or a waitlist update; we may also choose not to, for any reason, including market focus and capacity. If we do invite you, the invitation will reference Juto’s then-current customer terms, which you can accept or decline at that point.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false personal data through the waitlist form, or impersonate another person or company.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape the site at volumes that interfere with normal traffic, or for commercial repackaging of its content.
• Use the site or any data obtained from it for unlawful purposes under Nigerian, UK, or EU law.

Intellectual property

The Juto and JutoAI names, the wordmark, the visual design, the copy on this site, and any product mockups (including the dashboard preview and reconciliation queue illustrations) are the property of Juto Technologies Limited. You may share links to the site freely. Republishing the design or copy as your own, or training a generative model on it, is not permitted.

Names of partner companies referenced on the site (e.g. UBA) belong to those companies and are used only to describe the partnership. No endorsement is implied beyond what is stated.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or current to the minute. Where the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose for the marketing site itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juto Technologies Limited’s total liability arising from your use of the marketing site is limited to NGN 1,000 (or its equivalent in your local currency). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

Personal data submitted through the waitlist or processed by site analytics is handled according to our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to anyone on the waitlist before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country grant you the right to bring a claim locally.
